Manual - Municipality portal/gateway

The Municipal Gateway is designed to support the integration of Wise’s specialized municipality module “Municipality Manager”, with other external systems. The gateway is developed within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The Municipality Gateway handles incoming data from external systems for purposes such as invoice generation or retrieving information about leisure grant balances.

The services are divided into three categories:

• Web Applications

• Batch Transactions

• Leisure Grants

The gateway provides a web interface for submitting applications, such as course registrations or school meal subscriptions, where the setup of courses and/or meal plans is managed within Municipal Manager.

Currently, the Municipal Gateway can interface with One-system, GoPro, Nóri, Greiðslumiðlun, Sportabler, Savi, Vala (preschool system), and S5 (rental system)
