Port Manager - Ship Traffic List
This list provides an overview/information of all ship traffic through the harbor. The list is categorized into the following sections for each harbor, which are described in more detail below:
Registration
Docked
Departed
Invoiced
Long-Term Stay (Small boats)
Registration
A list of ships for which an arrival has been registered but not yet confirmed.
Docked
Ships for which the arrival has been confirmed. When double-clicking the arrival number, a detailed record for that arrival is displayed.

The window is divided into three sections. At the top are the arrival details, the middle section displays a list of services recorded at that point in time, and the bottom section provides an overview of the arrival’s history.
In the ship arrival lines, various charges may be calculated—for example, a berthing fee based on the number of days the ship is docked. Other charges, such as pilotage fees and waste disposal fees, are determined upon arrival. The quantity of freshwater supplied must also be recorded. Additional charges can be added as needed while the ship is in port.
Departed
To assign the status Departed to a ship, the following conditions must be met:
The Departure Date and Departure Time fields must be filled in.
The Register Departure button must be clicked either on the arrival record or from the overview form.
Once these steps are completed, the ship arrival is marked as Departed. The invoicing process can then begin. The ship arrival lines remain accessible for final registration entries.
Final registration of services provided to the ship is completed, and the charges are prepared for invoicing.
Invoiced
To invoice an individual ship arrival, the following conditions must be met:
The status must be Departed.
The charge type must be set to Upon Departure.
Long-Term Stay (Small boats)
This is a list of small boats currently docked in the harbor. Departures are not recorded for small boats unless they leave the harbor or are taken ashore.
Here, you can view Ship Arrival Records and Arrival Line Items, which show what charges have been applied and for which time periods.
