Fileplan is a term for record management, it refers to a classification system for documents with the purpose of long-term archiving.
Fileplans document hierarchy description:
Document | Description |

| Contains all fileplans. |
| Contains a fileplan tree consisting of fileplan categories. |
| Contains other categories. |
| Is created per project, when a project is created using the parent fileplan category. |
